Okay, I'll start. I have 6 warlords evolved to second rank: Yoshihiro, Ginchiyo, Hideyoshi, Motonari, Motochicka (AAAABS
) and Ujiyasu (Plus their perfect link Pokemon.) Aiming for Tadakatsu, Ina, Yukimura, and possibly Kai next.

Have everyone with their perfect links and only have Shingen, Hideyoshi, and Masamune left to evolve.
