I searched the forums and didn't see this particular question so I'm very sorry if this has been asked before. (I am also sorry if it seems absurd and/or stupid.)
To me that means that both players could flip a coin on each players turn but my boyfriend thinks that since it says "that player" that would mean that only the current player who is conducting their turn could flip a coin and the other player wouldn't be able to since it's not their turn.
So my question is, which is it? Would it be both players flip on each players turn or you flip on your turn only?
