Greetings Friends,
Unfortunately, I was unable to schedule Pokémon day at Kinokuniya bookstore in time for Nationals. Also, I regret to inform you that Pokémon day will no longer take place at Kinokuniya bookstore.
According to store manager, John Fuller, “We will be losing our event space. Because of this we are suspending all 2nd floor events/activities. The space will be occupied by our new partner in that space. Thank you for your continued interest and we wish you the best with your tournament”.
Will this be the end of Pokémon day? That is the question I am sure many of you are asking, and this answer is: NO WAY. Pokémon day will relocate to a new venue as soon as I can find a store to accommodate Pokémon day’s tired and true. I can promise you: that our new location will have room for more players, and still provide all the fun and excitement that our old lactation had for Pokémon day. If my loyal Pokémon day friends have any suggestions to where I can host another Pokémon day tournament, please let me know and I will look into that location/suggestion.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I know many of you wanted a competitive Heart Gold Soul Silver (HGSS) competition; however, I tried my absolute best in trying to secure a venue in time to host Pokémon day but it was impossible in such short notice and John Fuller’s news came in at the very last moment.
Thank you for your continued interest in Pokémon day and stay tuned for upcoming information!
Sincerely,
Frankie Durso
