Ruling pokemon judges test in uk

To become both you need to be at least 18 years old.
To become a judge, once you are 18, you can sit for the Professor test and if you pass you are classed as a Pokemon Professor. Professors can then judge sanctioned tournaments and can obtain special products from POP that you can't get anywhere else. Anyone 18 years+ who has a 'My Pokemon' account has access to the test from their account. And the same goes for a TO. The pass mark for the Professor Test is 32/40 last time I checked and the questions are not easy at all. You can create a My Pokemon account from the POP website here.
I don't think there is a test to become a TO, but merely an application form. I had a look at the form just then and it's simply filling out boxes and submitting it to POP. They will approve your application or not. I haven't applied to be a TO so I don't know if there's anything other than the application form.
