Ruling pokemon line ?

I only have 2 rare candies,is it smart to run a 3-2-3 empoleon line or should I stick with a 3-3-3 empoleon line?

Well, it depends what other pokemon you play. For example, if that's the only stage 2 you play, then 2 candies is enough for a 3-2-3 line. Mawile CG is a good suggestion indeed.

Its the only stage 2 & I play it with octillery.

I would run a 3-3-3 line w/ the 2 rare candys just in case you need a quick Empoleon or if you go second you have a chance of getting T1 Aqua Shower w/ Prinplup.

Well, since you're running it with Otillary, might want to consider a 4-4-3 line! It can REALLY spread the damage very quickly, and you don't have to worry about things like this :F.

Do you think I should tech a empoleon Lv.X? Just incase my opponent has a poke with a high HP. And would 2-2 line of octillery be good enough or should I go with 3-3?
