Strategy:

Ok so the strategy here revolves around M Rayquaza's attack "Emerald Break" which does 30 damage times the number of Pokemon on your bench. The new stadium card, Skyfield allows us to put 8 Pokemon on our bench rather than just 5, making M Rayquaza's maximum damage 240. The rest of the Pokemon in this deck are just bench sitters that help out with my game, with Ninetales being the most important. Ninetales's ability says that no other stadium cards can be played if Ninetales's ability is in use. Shaymin and Electrode are there for draw support without supporter cards while Mr. Mime and Virizion EX are there for protection with Mr. Mime blocking bench damage and Virizion EX denying status conditions, providing reason as to why I play 8 grass energy. The 3 Weakness Policy are there to block weakness from M Manectric EX, one of the most popular and powerful cards in today's format. The other cards are just basic staples in nearly every deck.

Electrode does not seem to be needed in this deck. Shaymin Ex and a standard supporter engine will be faster and more consistent. Also consider to run Winona since she can search for three colorless Pokémon which also includes M Rayquaza Ex. Also run one tech Colress. Not sure on Ninetales. While he locks the stadium card and stabilizes M Rayquaza Ex the deck needs to find a means to return Shaymin Ex to the hand without attacks. In a version without Ninetales one can sacrific Shaymin Ex and wounded attackers once the stadium card is discarded.
 
Hey Dark Espeon. It's been a while! Thanks for the input. The Winona seems like a great addition and will be added. However, I do think Ninetales is great since It keeps my Skyfield out for a while. The Electrode also is not really needed. Instead, what would you recommend? I'm thinking

Hi LoneWolf2113,

Include one more Rayquaza Ex because he is colorless and the ideal starter. You cant a total of 6-8 colorless basics and a few tech attackers that can hit for weakness to yield no less than twelve basics. I tend to favor Mewtwo Ex as one of them since he has lower retreat and he deck should not need to stall. I am still not sure on Ninetales since you need Scoop Up Cyclione and 1-2 Az to reuse Shaymin Ex. I would rather risk to discard two to three benched Pokémon since at least one or two of them will be Shaymin Ex. You can shuffle them back into the deck with Lysandre's Last Resort which also retrieves stadium cards. You could check a variant of this deck in the link in my first reply.
