I always use paint & I always save the file that I'm working on as a PNG file (just a little tip)

I was working in Flash 8 anyway. At least it wasn't saved as a Bitmap or something.

I use paint normally. Sometimes i use Gimp(a freeware version of photoshop or PSP)
