So pokemon ranger card states: "Remove all effects of attacks from both players and all Pokemon." So when I attack with my volcanion EX it states I cannot attack again next turn. My opponent goes then it is my turn again. Can I use pokemon ranger to clear the effect of volcanion EX attack which would allow me to attack with him on this turn.
It makes sense in my head since the card states it removes attack effects from both players and pokemon so shouldn't remove the attack restriction on volcanion? Obviously it's a one and done deal or can be used as many times as long as you have pokemon ranger in your hand.
The ruling on this card is a little confusing and everywhere I look I cannot find a scenario that resembles mine. Any clarification would be appreciated.
