The riddles here are tricky. That is, if you know how to trick. This riddle comes from the SPPf version of this game. I don't know the answer myself, it belongs to the user octoboy. But if I post your guess on the SPPf thread, I'll let you know how it is.

Clearly not, as Gyarados don't stop massacres but instead cause them.

I missed the "not a water type."

And Castform is based off the "whether" and looks fuzzy in nice conditions.

I can't believe I read it wrong. Nevermind what I said; I realized that our Pokemon is not "he who's blue."
