Pokemon Tool Away

You can use Pachirisu's Smash Short to get rid of tools attached to the defending Pokemon excluding Unown G. Electivire LV.X can also do that with Pulse Barrier, except it doesn't have to be on their Active Pokemon.

Hippowdon Lv. X's Power can get rid of all cards on the field excluding pokemon and supporters. Although you can only use it once per game.
 
Mismagius allows you to choose which Tools you want to destroy, both on your field and on your opponent's. It does 20 damage for each tool discarded, and the best part is that it doesn't require any Energy for you to use it.

In addition, Relicanth, although it doesn't destroy any Tools, does 30 damage times the number of Tools and Stadiums in play for a Fighting.
 
Electivire Lv X gets rid of Stadium poketools and hits for 50 and prevent damage done to it, its a beast
