Chapter One: A new Trainer in Isen Town
Bleep Bleep Bleep At the third bleep, Josh Terron slammed down on his alarm clock and jumped out of the bed. The black-haired youth yawned as he made his way to his closet, where he found his black outfit hung. The outfit was brand new and included a black jacket, black pants, and a grey shirt. He quickly changed his clothes and then pulled out his gold headband. Afterwards, he rushed downstairs and sat at the table, eager for food.
"Well, good morning, Josh," said Josh's mother as she sat his breakfast down in front of him. It was a blue plate with three pancakes stacked on top of one another. "Happy 12th Birthday!"
"Thanks, mom," Josh told her, with a smile on his face. He then began eating until the plate was empty and sat it in the sink.
"Well, I suppose now you're off to get your starter Pokemon." said his mother. She then walked over to Josh and gave him a hug. "Its finally time. My boy has grown up to be a Pokemon Trainer."
"Don't worry, mom," said Josh, breaking away from the hug and heading for the door. "I will contact you whenever I get the chance. Bye, Mom."
"Good-bye, my son," said his mother, wiping a tear from her eye. "Have a safe journey." At that, Josh closed the door to his home forever.
It was a nice sping morning outside as Josh began walking down the forest path. His house was between the beach and the forested Isen Town. As he walked, he saw some Pokemon paying with each other and smiled.
Eventually, the path finally came to a close as he entered the small town of Isen. The town was small, but one building stood out, The Isen Town Gildor League Headquarters. It was all white and stood in the middle of a ring of wooden houses,
Smiling to himself, Josh headed towards the building. That was when a young man came running out. He had on a blue outfit and was panting for breath.
"Whats going on?" asked Josh.
"Please, you need to help," said the other. "Professor-in-dang-" He couldn't finish the words because at that time he fell to the floor and a Pokeball rolled out of his hand. Josh picked it up and looked at the seemingly normal building.
"Doesn't look like much danger," said Josh. "But I can't say for sure. I need to go check it out." He took a look at the Pokeball before throing it into the air. "Alright, whatever you are, Come out and maybe you can help out."
As soon as he said those words, the Pokeball enlargened and a small little hound with a silver skull flashed out onto the ground. The hound was black and had an orange stomach.
"Alright, hello Houndour," said Josh, kneeling down and rubbing the hound's skull cap. "You ready to help the professor." The Houndour gave an affirmative yap and raced to the entrance of the building.
"Here we go," said Josh as he entered the building alongside Houndour.
