Pokepark sealed blue binder 2005 nagoya japan

Hey everyone, I acquired one of these for $75, do you think I got a good deal? And also, does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find a sealed Green 2005 pokepark binder? I've been on the search for both and the blue one finally popped up so i snagged it, the green has been eluding me though
 
I've seen the green one from time to time on eBay, and same for Yahoo Japan. It's really a matter of patience with that one, unfortunately. $75 isn't bad, they're getting harder to find with the binder and the likes.
