Strategy:

I run the polies so I try to get Politoed turn 1 or 2 then my attacks are free .frozen city u take damage from playing energies and I don't. I don't like running N if my opponent has 2 card hand I don't wanna help them buy drawing early game and I don't wanna get stuck getting stuck drawing 1 card late game so I'm running Shauna. I tried to run only water but Genesect ran it over so I added so pyc and Miltank Kangaskhan EX is help draw. My big problem is it could be faster and I even get toed in my prizes any ideas

I would put more emphasis on Archie. If you lower your supporter count in favour of Item based draw like Roller Skates and Maintenance and try to have mostly cards that can be played at any time (e.g. I'd remove Enhanced Hammer since it'll be stuck in your hand if there are no special energies on the field and add Battle Compressor since it can get your Politoeds and Exeggcute in the discard and can also be played to just burn it), it's actually pretty easy to pull of Archie on turn 1 or 2 and then repeatedly throughout the game. The ability to start attacking for free right from the getgo and not having to use up one of your attackers (Poliwag/Poliwhirl) to get Politoed into play is what makes this deck work in my opinion. Also using Archie throughout the game lets you cycle Poliwraths back onto the field who can then attack for free immediately.

Frozen City is a good idea for the stadium. I prefer Shrine of Memories since it lets Poliwrath use Finishing Move but they would both work.

I wouldn't bother running Professor's Letter. You only run 3 basic energy and the entire strategy is built around not having to play energy at all.

If I ace in the hole a wrath he can't use lower stage attacks can he?

No, but you can Archie Politoed which would be it's primary purpose. That said, Jirachi streamlines Archie use, so I would recommend adding it in.
