Despite all the hate, Durant is the deck for me. It fits my playstyle extremely well, and I‘m 15-2 with it in tournaments so far (57-7 in testing vs. anything not Reshiram).

Currently testing Terrakion and Landorus decks though, because Darkrai EX and probably Heatmor will make Durant‘s life hard after Dark Explorers is released.

I am using a Rogue Mewtwo Ex + Shaymin UL + Jirachi.

So far it's tearing through all the meta decks i've played tested against.

everything but reshiboar (which im sure will still be no problem)

I'm playing CMT with Regigigas EX, Virizion NV, and Terrakion (maybe) techs.

O my god I used this on PlayTCG and its awesome. I call it MSJ.

Yeah I'm playing ZekEels or another secret deck that I am not allowed to say.

ChandePlume for months and now MismagiusPlume as a post-states league deck for fun. Surprisingly, Mismagius hasn't lost to a Zekeels or MTC yet... but I haven't really faced the good players near me who run those two, just the average ones. I did lose to an immortal mew deck (Vileplume, Mew prime, Unfezant with fly, and ice cream with dfreeze).

I'm playing Donchamp! Hoo-hah! Its awesome. I've been having a rotten time against Durant lately, though! Boy am I gonna be glad when DE is released!{F}{R}

Zekeels and MTC are both great decks. They both set up fast, and start dishing out loads of damage from early game. Personally, I prefer Zekeels. This is because it has a better matchup against more decks than MTC, such as Durant (if you play Thundurus, that is). Also, if dark decks do become Tier 1 like people are saying, MTC isn't going to be near as good as people are saying. Sure you can just go aggro Tornadus, but that is nothing compared to how quickly Darkrai-ex will plow you down. A Dark Claw'd Darkrai-EX has the ability to one-shot a Tornadus, making MTC pretty much dead.

Dakrai EX can't one shot a Tornadus with an Eviolite, nor a Tornadus EX. Neither decks do better than 2HKOing each other, except if you like stack 6 energy on Mewtwo.

Where did you get Eviolite out of anything that I just said? I said Darkness Claw, not Eviolite. :]

What I meant is that Tornadus can't be one shot if it has an Eviolite attached. Sorry for the confusion.

Still, Darkness decks are going to run Zoroark too. Zoroark + PlusPower = OHKO on Tornadus. Zoroark + Darkness Claw = OHKO on Tornadus.

Darkrai.dek and Zoroark Rush are two different things. One runs Darkrai (along with Tornadus EX), the other doesn't, and one runs Zoroark (along with other support), and the other doesn't. Darkrai.dek would rush Darkrais, and because the snipe can also 2HKO Celebis and the main damage can OHKO/2HKO everything in the deck I think that Dakrai.dek would have the advantage in that matchup.

Zoroark Rush would be very susceptible to quick KOs on Zorua and whatever the other support pokemon may be, and along with the fact that it might be hard to spam Zoroarks so fast I think MTC would have the advantage.

I consider Darkrai.dek to be the better of the two.

edit: I'm in the wrong thread >.<

Yes, I am very aware that Zoroark Rush and Darkrai.dek are two very different things. Your point?

First you started saying that Darkrai EX + Darkness Claw would OHKO, and then you said that if they had an Eviolite you could just use Zoroark.

Good point that you have there, though Darkrai.dek is going to run Special Darkness energy, making the OHKO much easier.
