Pop 8. Will it remain?

Hey, hey! I'm a big Luxray fan and was planning to use the Luxray from pop 8. So i decided to double check to make sure the set would still be around after the September 2010 card ban. But when I checked the PokeBeach home page it said that one of the legal sets was "Promos DP22 and higher". Does this include Pop 8? Thank you to whoever answers. ^=^

Pop sets will not be legal to use come the rotation.
 
There are two decent Luxrays that you can use though, one from Legends Awakened and one from Arceus. They both have their strengths and weaknesses, but I see the LA one as more of a tech.
