Ruling POP contact question

Okay, I'm not entirely sure if this belongs here, but it seemed like the best place.

I attempted to contact POP back in mid-April, got an automated email saying I'd get a proper reply in three business days, and then nothing. Does anyone know what I should do now?
 
A repeat of the original email, or one reminding them of my email?

Personally, I would just contact them again every three business days. Eventually, they will respond. They can't get angry with you, because you have not got a response.

If nothing works out, you could just mail a letter.
 
They just don't seem to respond... but keep in mind, that they may have a lot of other e-mails to read, it's not like they only get 1 0r 2 a day, but I would do what abaxter94 said...just keep e-mailing them.

They also have phone numbers too. Also make sure that your subject is easy to read, and make sure your message is clear.

You really just have to be peristant.
 
Business days are days that they have employies at work. For example, If you sent your e-mail on thursday, three business days later would be tuesday (friday, monday, tuesday). But, if monday happended to be labor day and no one was at work, three business days later would mean wednessday.

Business days are Monday through Friday.:)
