Forgive me for this slightly bad question, but I was making a handout for my league, mainly for the little kids, on which sets are legal for tournament play (our league allows all but Base Set due to my friend and I owning everyone with them). I can't seem to remember which POP sets and promos are legal though. Can anyone tell me?
I honestly can't remember, and we don't have them on our modified format cardlist yet. I know POP 3 is legal, which means POP 4 is, but other than that, I'm clueless, especially with the Promo cards. Can anyone help please?
