Ruling POP6 Packs

OK I need to get you feedback on this question: Is there a rare in every POP6 pack?

The reason I'm asking this is becuase at league last week everyone got a POP6 pack, and each pack that was opened got a RARE!!!

I also want to know if this is the same as your league.

I was the first to open a pop6, and i got pachirisu (rare) and piplup (common)

Out of ten opened at my league Tuesday there was ten rare’s but only one Gible pulled

exactly what happend to me except 12 rares
i pulled a lucario and pachirisu

I think POP 6 is terrible! The rarity issue doesn't bother me. What does bother me is that except for two cards the whole set is D&P reprints!!?? Diamond and Pearl is not even 6 months old yet and that is what they choose to reprint! I don't get it at all. If that wasn't bad enough there are no trainers or energys in the set. At least there were special energys or trainers in previous POP sets. What the heck happened in POP 6?

I got a Hmm.... Piplup, Chimchar, Turtwig, Lucario, Mananphy, and Pachirsu have been reprinted 3 times... What could this mean?

yes... every pack conatains 1 rare. That's why there aren't any level.X *'s or ex's.

I can confirm that there is 1/2 Rares per Pack.

14 Packs opened at league and 17 Rare's opened with them

Every pack I've seen opened has had a rare in it. Baaaaad move.

Common is the new rare. And wanna know why the set is full of DP reprints? Why the set sucks? The next modified format is gonna be all DP :/ (All signs are pointing in that direction)
