K Krucifier Arr! Avast! Member Mar 21, 2008 #4 Pokemon that are on the bench cannot be affected by Special Conditions. Benching a Pokemon removes any Special Conditions that Pokemon is affected by. Evolving/Devolving removes any Special Conditions that Pokemon is affected by.
