Mostly looking for suggestions here. I think that the main concept will see no significant impact, but I do want to change some of the attackers and the Supporter line for the deck.

Mon - 24
4 x Decidueye GX
4 x Dartrix
4 x Rowlet
2 x Oddish
2 x Gloom
2 x Vileplume
2 x Shaymin EX
3 x Tapu Lele GX
1 x Jirachi

Trainers - 29 (15-4-10)
4 x Ultra Ball
4 x Trainer's Mail
3 x Level Ball
3 x Float Stone
1 x Field Blower

4 x Forest of Giant Plants

4 x Professor Sycamore
2 x N
2 x Lysandre
1 x Lillie
1 x Olympia

Energy - 7
3 x Grass
4 x DCE

Opting to use Tapu Lele as the main attacker in the deck. She's proven surprisingly effective in other stuff I've been playtesting, and the added bonus of being able to net a Lysandre or an Olympia is really nice. Lillie is solid because of her as well, and let's you hold onto combo pieces that you would otherwise throw away from Sycamore or N. I also really, really want Choice Band, but it'd be clunky at multiples and a dead draw as a single.

With 3 float stone's you won't need an olympia. Also, no revitalizer?

I disagree. He could get the Vileplume pulled into the active and Hexed/ Field Blower'd. When the turn was over he'd either have a dead Plume OR he'd have a Plume with no Float Stone stuck in the active while he was Item locked.

My opinion is... geez this looks like sooo many Pokemon... I don't even know how you start to get any consistency with this deck. DeciduePlume is already heavy handed with Pokemon.

I would switch Tapu Lele with Sableye so you can have Supporter lock as well, while using Decidueye for damage output. That's just me personally, I like disruption and locking lol.

so with that, this is what I would change:

-3 Tapu Lele GX
-1 Jirachi
-1 Ultra Ball (3 has always worked fine for me in Decidiplume decks)
-1 Olympia (Olympia isn't needed when you have Sableye)
-3 Grass Energy
-4 DCE

+4 Sableye
+ 2 Team Flare Grunt
+7 Basic Dark

Hope the help of a rock is useful,
Jade

Now wait a moment there Satan.

I do appreciate the concept, but that's a lot of moving pieces for a lock that's outed by a Lele and a DCE. Deciplume struggles with its set-up as is, which I'm hoping can be solved (or at least helped) by Lele as my attacker in the deck. Again, I appreciate the pure evil that is being suggested here, but its a bit too frail for my liking.
