Oh boy is this a bad deck but a deck I love for that same reason. Here it is.

Pokemon (16)

4 Alolan Grimer (SUM 57/149)
3 Alolan Muk GX (BUS 84/147)
1 Alolan Muk (SUM 58/149)
3 Salandit (GRI 15/145)
2 Salazzle (GRI 16/145)
2 Tapu Lele GX (GRI 60/145)
1 Deoxys (CES 67/168)

Trainers (34)

4 Acerola (BUS 119/156)
4 Guzma (BUS 115/147)
4 Cynthia (UPR 119/138)
2 Copycat (CES 127/168)
2 Ilima (SUM 121/149)
2 Ultra Ball (SLG 68/73)
4 Mysterious Treasure (FLI 113/131)
3 Choice Band (GRI 121/145)
2 Switch (CES 147/168)
2 Nest Ball (SUM 123/149)
1 Super Scoop Up (CES 146/168)
3 Po Town (BUS 121/147)
1 Wela Volcano Park (DRM 61/70)

Energy (10)

7 Darkness Energy
3 Double Colorless Energy

Simple concept. You evolve Salandit, get damage on it with Po Town, and Scoop it Up with Acerola. You're then doing quite a lot of damage with Alolan Muk (with 2 special conditions and choice band you're hitting 180). Simple. But there is 1 problem....

Buzzwole, which you are weak to.

This deck is clunky, relies on a Supporter and evolution, has little draw power, and nothing other than Salandit and Deoxys for non GX attackers. It's just bad, but it's so bad it's fun. Give it a try on the ladder on PTCGO, you'll have a good time.

Alright, what about this:
Instead of Salazzle, try the UPR Salazzle: 3 conditions at the cost of an attack. They are then faced with a choice: KO for KO, or swap out for no KO? If they don’t attack, you Acerola next turn like normal. Give it a try.
Also, if you do that, you can take out Choice Band for Weakness Policy.
Might I remind you that Buzzwole won’t be post-rotation because Strong Energy is rotating? The problem you have doesn’t exist. Time travel, am I right?
And if that’s true, you don’t need Weakness Policy or UPR Salazzle in the first place.
Paradoxes, gotta love ‘em.

Buzzwole can still knock you out for 1 energy if he has Beast Energy, Choice Band and Diancie Prism (specific but possible) and UPR Salazzle means you have to play Rainbow Energy, which just means less space for Basic Dark. The inclusion of Weakness Policy I do like though, because that would remove my Buzzwole problem, but you're then more dependant on not getting hit with Field Blower, but Post-Rotation Field Blower is going to be seeing less play Post Rotation because Parallel City and Garbodor will be gone. I really can't make up my mind on this deck, but out of 10 I'd probably give it a 4.

No one seems to like this deck at all. I didn't get much interest in it when i posted a similar list some weeks ago too. I think at least Alolan Muk will see some play if Ray-GX gets super popular which also knocks out Tapu-lele and Oranguru's abilities. Double evos to ensure KOs is the only problem this deck faces truly. If the Muk-GX had an ability that at least poisoned the opponents active on evo, it would have at least some merit..

Too slow. Too clunky.

This deck is hella fun when you can make it work though (especially with de-evo spray). Another fun one for me was the new Arbok with intimidate combo'd with Seviper for mega poisoning.

My take on this was to use Raichu (BUS 41), rather than Salazzle. Yes he produces one less condition which obviously limits your own damage output. But to paralyse instead of the other two is so much more crippling. Forcing the constant recycling of Guzma spam works better with Muk's switch attack too, they'll run out of resources eventually, while you slowly build your side.

My deck then was pack out with Po Town & Acerola, so the Raichu could be recycled. I will revisit this idea after rotation, once the Buzzhorde have eased off a bit. Will post list a little later if interested.
