A couple of things. You really don't need Solgaleo Prism Star, Celasteela, or Metagross GX, nor as heavy of a Metang line as you are running. You also really don't NEED choice band as you're likely not 1-shotting anything besides ice and fairy stuff, which when that comes out, this may require some tweaking. The order pads are coin flip which isn't great but I get why you run them. I'd also run 3-4 Shrine of Punishment as that helps 90% or more of your matchups besides a mirror match or other spread decks. I'd also decrease your ball count as you are running less pokemon, and that's a huge amount of searches. After you hit your first Metagross, you ought to be able to consistently hit Steven's Resolve and if not, Cynthia or Guzma. I'd also recommend a Lusamine or two to get back supporters and stadiums, though I like the pal pad inclusion as well. You also really want field blower to get rid of Ray's Wishful Batons and anything trying to hide behind Weakness Policy. Acerola is a good 1-2 of in this to pick up your own GX's that get damaged and Max Potion is brilliant as you only lose 1 energy which you can reattach easily.

I'd suggest the following:
- 1-2 Metang CES 94
- 1 Celesteela CES 100
- 1 Solgaleo ◇ UPR 89
- 1 Metagross-GX GRI 85

- 2-4 Choice Band GRI 121
- 3 Order Pad UPR 131
- 1 Ultra Ball FLF 99
- 1 Pokémon Fan Club UPR 155

Add:
1-2 Lillie
3-4 Shrine of Punishment
1-2 Lusamine (Loops are a thing with 2 of her)
1 Energy Retrieval/other energy recovery card?
1-3 more Guzma/Tate and Liza
1-2 Field Blower
2-4 Metal Frying Pan
2-4 Max Potion

And you still have room for several different other techs from here forward, I'd say. Just my 2 cents, though.

I agree with most of this. I added in more tate/liza and the max potions along with the Lillies, Shrines, and Lusamines. However I feel that the Choice Bands hit crucial numbers. 90 then 150 lets me put extra pressure on most gxs especially fairies. The field blowers were a great suggestion. Considering using a Magearna to swap between Pans and bands, but id need to free up more room.
