Ever since Venomoth-GX was announced, I knew I had to build a deck around him, being one of my favorite Bugs. After mulling over how I exactly wanted to build it, I ended up with this list, focusing on spreading Special Conditions for various benefits.

I think this deck would be boosted greatly by swapping the Ariados line for the TUP Parasect. That way, you can hit even bigger numbers against pesky TAG TEAMS you wouldn’t normally be able to OHKO.

With zero acceleration your not likely to get many attacks off your gonna need something to fix that b4 this deck has any chance

UNB Tentacool:

(C) Bubble Jutsu- 10+ 50 more if you played Janine that turn.

Tentacool is water type...

That's already an K.O on baby Blace. Choice Band K.O.s Blace GX 2HKO on Reshzard if one hit was Banded.
We know Reshzard will be meta. In those matchups you would primarily use the Tenta instead of your weak stage 1 2 prizers.

I would put in 2-3 replacing Bulu, and 1-2 Lusamine. I don't see why Lusamine is necessary with 2 Pal Pad and Bulu just doesn't do enough damage .

Keep in mind currently post rotation has no very good switching effects outside of Ninetales and Custom Catcher. That said, bench setup I think could be relevant post rotation if we aren’t to see another switching effect (which is unlikely). I think Fire is a dead mu anyways and Tentacool is probably not as good as added consistency or Tapu Fini, which is very good vs black. Tentacool doesn’t change anything vs Reshizard either, only added Janine’s will do that. Honestly I don’t like post rotation builds rn since Unified Minds will release nearly the same time as rotation so building a post rotation deck without Unified Minds is honestly rather useless unless your playing with friends.
