I feel this deck is on the edge of being really good.

I know Electrode-GX's ability only can attach to VikaVolt, but it can act as a secondary attacker when needed.
I thought of putting one Tapu-Koko GX in the deck, but decided not to (on the fence)

Hmm... I would remove the Electrode GX line and add another Grubbin and Vikavolt, 2 of both is not enough to be consistent I guess. 3 of both is minimum.

For a secondary attacker, guess Tapu Koko GX could be the better option. Although you already have a secondary attacker (1-off Rayquaza).

A Bulu deck typically plays 7 grass, 5 lightning. Maybe you'll find some extra space there for some extra draw supporters; you have 4 Cynthia, but besides that you're only outs are Kukui and Judge I guess... That's not enough. Add some Copycat's / Tate & Liza's.

Some Nest Balls could work great for consistency reasons, maybe you'll find space for two of them?
