Discussion Potential of Plus Power

For those of you who don't know, Plus Power makes your Pokémon's attacks do 10 more damage, before weakness and resistance, that turn. This be useful in expanded, for getting needed KOs. What do you guys think?
 
Muscle Band / Virbank City Gym + Hypnotoxic Laser is infinitely better. Even if you need more than that for some reason, there's Giovanni's Scheme and Iris. I don't see any reason for Plus Power, especially in Expanded.

Whoops, I forgot about Giovanni's Scheme and Iris. But do you think it could be useful as a one of?
 
You may as well run something to boost consistency in the slot instead, or something like Silver Bangle or Giovanni's Scheme (bonus - VS Seeker recyclable).
