Ruling POW Question

hey anybody tell me if i use pow hand so i choose to switch defending pokemon so i have to choose which pokemon to switch or my opponent choose to which pokemon to switch

You choose which benched pokemon becomes active, but your opponent chooses which of their defending pokemon to switch (only applicable in 2v2).

And you can move energy card(you choose) from defending pokemon to benched pokemon.
