Can I use the claw fossil from Power Keepers even though it is not officialy out yet?

Not on CC or stuff. Dont know Why, but it can't (if people can't use CG DRE's in the WC, then people cant use PK Claw Fossils, in CC stuff)

NO, you can't play any cards that are not officially out in league and tournament, even if that card is reprinted in the older set.

Well, at my local weekly tournament, the PTO told us that we could use it there, just not a CC or anything like that

the set comes out in a little more than a week. Don't worry about it. There aren't really any tournaments anyway, and if you do somehow run into one, I imagine someone has a claw fossil from hp or lm.

I've never heard of not being able to play "new" reprints of cards in league ever. I mean, you can play freaking slowking at league, so I don't see how you can't play a claw fossil thats in PKs a few weeks early. ;/
