Strategy:
Ok so I came up with this last night when I saw a Gallade PLS blister promo. For those unfamiliar with Gallade PLS, it has an attack called Powerful Storm that does 20 times the energy attached to all your Pokemon for 2 Colorless Energy. With cards like Dimension Valley to reduce the energy cost of Gallade's attack to 1 Energy, Muscle band to boost damage, and M Manectric EX to boost damage output, this deck, I feel, could have some moderate success. I include Mew EX to make sure that I can keep Gallade PLS safe on the bench so I don't run out of attackers. I also include Seismitoad EX and Mewtwo EX because they both run off of colorless energy and Mewtwo and Gallade, I feel, go hand in hand. My only hesitation to play this is because of Seismitoad EX shutting of Rare Candies.

Thanks for the advice!

RE: Powerful Storm! (Gallade/ Mew EX/ M Manectric EX)

-1 Seismitoad-EX (Don't think it's worth it; just add another Mewtwo instead)
-1/2 Psychic Energy
+1/2 Lightning Energy
+1 Mewtwo-EX (Instead of Seismitoad)

With the energy, you actually are more likely to require Electric energy on Manetric compared to Psychic on your Psychic Pokemon, since none of your deck actually needs Psychic energy to properly function.

Other than that, the deck looks pretty solid, and you may just need to accept the bad matchup with Seismitoad.
