hello..can someone respond to me?

Imagine that a have a dusclops Ex in game, and my oponnent used a atack or a energy(holon energy WP) that prevents all the effects of atacks..excluding damage. Would i be able to put him,at least, 2 damage counters?or this counts has a effect of an atack.

No. Holon WP blocks all damage counters.

no,u still can put damage counters on that pokemon , but that pokemon cannot be affected by special conditione e.g poison etc...

Incorrect. If the attack does not have base damage, as in does not have a number divisible by 10 in the attack, if does nothing. If it does, and attempts to do anything else to the Defending, the secondary effect fails.
