Previous World Champ Deck Lists?

Hey, haven't played Pokemon since probably Skyridge, and a few friends and I have picked up Red Shark just to relive old times. I recall a Donphan deck that allowed for Rollout to just demolish the other deck, and the deck went on to be the 10 and under World Champ the first year they held it?

My question is where I can find deck lists for world champs, or see their general strategies, I only know the cards up to Neo, so my friends and I have no idea what is going on with these other discussions..

Hopefully this was where to post the question, wasn't quite sure where else to post it, as the search didn't quite help me, thanks for any feedback.
 
You could try pojo. Go to the pokemon site and on the left you should find a link that says Killer Deck Reports, click on that and choose a year.
 
I think thats pretty much the only place to find old pokemon decks. What year are you looking for?
 
Specifically, the Donphan world champion deck that used Rollout and all the Baby Pokemon, Slowking might have been in there, too.
