Ruling Primal Kyogre and Safeguard

Hey Professors! I got another question for ya:

If I use Primal Kyogre's Tidal Storm and move to Energy to a Suicune with the Safeguard ability, what will happen to the Energy? Will they stay on Kyogre, or will they get discarded? Thanks!

You HAVE to move the Energy as long as you have a Benched Pokemon. The Energy gets moved, but it's prevented by Safeguard. Thus, the Energy gets discarded. It's like Emerald Slashing a Sigilyph. Same ruling.
