i just wanted to have the fastest way to set up Primal kyogre 3-4 turns or in 6-7 turns deny any of my pokemon being knocked out and set up a Primal kyogre or Regice and in the worst case scenario deny any item usage

You should play Mega Turbo. That way, you could potentially attack as soon as turn one. Archie's Ace might be thing to consider, but it's probably wouldn't be consistent enough for you to rely on it.
