Ruling Primal Kyogre EX with Double Colorless energy

My question is if I have a Primal Kyogre EX with a Double Colorless energy, or any other card that provides 2+ energy at a time, attached and I use Tidal Storm, can I only move the DCE and no other energy? Also do I have the option to move the DCE and one other energy?.

Even though DCE is a single Energy Card, it provides 2 Energy. If you choose to move the DCE with Tidal Storm, you can't move anything else.
 
Correction: if you choose a Water Energy first, you can choose the DCE as the 2nd Energy to move.
