I was wondering what the prizes have been at past cities for first, second and third place, please don't post if you don't know for sure. Thanks to whoever answers!
Ruling Prizes for cities?

Last year it was the pikachu bag, then switched to groudon, and then blastoise. You got a hat, binder, pencils, notebook, 18 packs of cards for 1st, a medal.
2nd place got 9 packs I think, and 3rd and 4th got 4.

Last year:
1 Medal, 1 Pikachu bag, 18 packs, 1 Groudon notebook, 1 Blastoise/Wartortle/Squirtle Binder, several pencils, and some toher things. It depends if the tournament organizer has anything else to give you, but the above are the thigns you're normally going to get
