So we recieve a different task each round? I wonder what the first ones will be.
Wait, was the challenge announced or am i not seeing something?
Well, he isn't on skype, so I'm guessing he's not up yet...
I know everyone is excited, including me. I've been babysitting for my aunt since last night (still is occurring) so after my cousins go home and I have some time to get everything together the challenges will be announced as well as tournament #3 =]

Well, it is that time for me to announce the start of the PC3 Season! The staff and I are very exciting to unveil what we've been preparing for for quite some time =] Without further ado, lets get this show on the road.
Challenge #1: Create a Custom Banner with a mysterious theme. Please be sure to include one Ghost, Psychic or Dark type pokemon in this piece. This can be done so many different ways, make your banner stand out better than the rest! Good luck to all.
Due Date: Saturday November 8th 2008 10 PM EST.
Tournament #2-PC3 Fanfic Challenge (PokeBeach Site)
Challenge #1: Write a fanfic about a pokemon revolt. Basically the premise would be that the pokemon dont want to listen to trainers and all the pokemon start a mass revolt against the world. Write a excerpt of a fanfic you would write with this premise. All entries must be at least 1500 words and no more than 4000 words. A Specialized rubric for fanfics will be used for judging in this tournament, but we have not yet decided on the specifics. A rubric will be finalized and added to the main page before this challenge ends. So, be creative with it, and good luck.
Due Date: Saturday November 8th 2008 10 PM EST.
As updated on the main post, here are some basic rules to know for PC3.
1. All pieces submitted in PC3 will be pokemon related. If it isn't, you will get a 0 on the challenge, no matter how good it is.
2. Be Respectful to all competing artists and staff.
3. Any questions with rules or anything of that sort please PM me.
4. There is a strict rule regarding Deviant Art usage in Project Custom Tournaments. We need permission from the artist IN WRITING, PM’d to us before you turn in your piece. Without it we will automatically give you a 0 for that challenge.
5. Enjoy the competition! More information on the rules and regulations will be given as the first challenges play out.

Pretty much follow Beach sig limits.....people can tell if its bigger than it needs to be....just trust your judgment and roll with it, we arent too picky on size as banners come in all shapes and sizes. If you turn it in early and get feedback, I'll be sure to say if its too large or not.
