I know they were given out at some event in Japan, but will they ever be available in the States?

Wasn't the Promo Garchomp the Garchomp LV.X that's in MD?

To my knowledge every card that was released in Japan was released in the US. So weather we'll get it in a "hodge-podge" set like MD or in POP9 or as a regular promo is a mystery to me. I'm 90% sure that we'll get it, but not sure when. Hope I could help.

I was talking about a level 64 Garchomp that has moves that translate to Dragon Rage and Jet Sword.

Too early to tell, as they have not been released yet (but will eventually have to), but I doubt that it'll be out by States.

i think they will be the cards featured for city's, states, and nats.
unless, people kno what we will get for city's, states, and nats.
or they might be the pop9 cards
