Ruling Promo Question

Believe it or not, I can't figure out if this goes in this forum or the general TCG forum. But since the description of this forum says "questions about a certain card?" I put it here.

I recently aquired a Pokemon card that looks like this one:

Except in the lower right-hand corner of the picture it has the words "Destiny Deoxys" on it. The stamp looks like the Prerelease cards do, but I have no idea where it came from.

So does anyone know what this card came out for? I haven't really kept up with the movies, so it might have been included as a movie theatre promo card or it came with the movie when it released on DVD. I was just wondering, since the kid who traded it to me had no idea where he got it.

It came in the movie Destiny Deoxys when u buy the DVD ^^
