I was wondering where you get promo Toxicroak. Where can you buy him/find him?

They (POP) sell a guidebook that comes with it. It is around $10.99 w/ tax and can be found at retail stores like Target, K-Mart, Walmart, and others.

Yeah, it has strategies for every card in Platinum and Rising Rivals. It also has tips on the theme decks and an SP deck in there. It covers some basic rules of how to play as well. It's just a little fun rulebook that comes with the Toxipromo.

the guidebook isn't really worth it, but people need that promocroak, oh well...
