All of us organize our events a little bit differently. We all must plan it, choose a date, a venue, promote it and make other arrangements as needed. The one thing that we all must do is sanction the event through Pokemon.Com. Obviously, you should already know how, so I will not go through the details. However, once your event is sanctioned, you are taken to the event's listing page. If you are running a league, all of the league's information is displayed on a single page. These are a few example URLs below.
Sanctioned Tournament: http://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon/pokemon-events/15-05-000092/
Sanctioned League: http://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon/pokemon-events/leagues/5572/
When it comes to promoting your sanctioned events here, PokeBeach would like that each listing include a link to either the tournament or league listing page on Pokemon.Com. However, if you are like me and promote a mass of events in a single post via an abridged format with linkages to more complete details that include the Pokemon.Com event links, I am okay with that. I create Facebook event pages for each event and upon those pages are the sanctioned Pokemon.Com event page links.
There is a catch... Before you can post anything in this forum, you must first verify to PokeBeach your status with The Pokemon Company International (TPCi). PokeBeach wants to be sure that you are legitimate. Other communities have similar checks. Hopefully, my chosen method is a bit simpler. If you have staff online that help you promote your various activities because you are not always able to promote your own events, remember to also include their information. Anyway, to go through that process, follow this URL: http://www.pokebeach.com/forums/thr...y-international-tpci-sanctioned-staff.124433/
