Strategy: I have no strategy at the moment just looking to improve my deck a bit since i'm kinda new to the game ( I started playing a week ago). If you guys could provide me with some ideas that I could use (What card should I get rid of and which one should I get).

Isn't that the actual theme deck?, theme decks are not a great starting point for building a deck with each only having an average of 2-4 decent cards in each.

If you really like the espeon/leafeon then I would suggest something like this:

4 x evee (furious fists)
2 x leafeon (from your theme deck)
2 x espeon (also from the theme deck)
4 x deoxy ex (plasma freeze but also has a tin)
1 x thudurus ex (plasma freeze but also has a tin)
1 x snorlax (plasma storm)
1 x lugia ex (plasma storm but also has a tin)

4 x plasma energy (plasma stom, freeze and blast)
4 x rainbow energy (X/Y)
3 x psychic
2 x grass

4 x professor juniper (plasma freeze)
4 x N (local league or ebay)
4 x skyla (boudaries crossed or from a local league)
4 x colress (plasma storm)
2 x switch (boundaries crossed)
1 x computer search (boundaries crossed)
1 x ultra ball (plasma blast)
3 x plasma ball (plasma freeze)
4 x hypnotoxic laser (plasma storm)
2 x virbank city gym (plasma storm)
3 x colress machine (plasma storm)
1 x sacred ash (flashfire)

This is a pretty strong plasma evee deck that is also really easy on the budget, the most expensive things are the ex's and the computer search but you should be able to pick them up from ebay for around 10 dollars each. Your local group can most likely help you out as well since everything on here is very common trade fodder for most players.
