STRATEGY: You can play the Forest of Giant Plants stadium card so you can evolve your Rowlets quicker. Then, if you have all 4 Decidueye-GX's on your bench, you can put up to 80 damage on your opponent's active Pokemon. You can then play Alakazam-EX and use its Suppression attack, mega evolve it and use its Kinesis Ability, use Mega Alakazam-EX's Zen Force attack, devolve it with Devolution Spray, and repeat.

Um no supporters? Why only 2 spirit links? Why nest ball > level ball? Why timer ball over > ultra ball? Why no vs seeker or trainer mail? Why only 2 forests?

Imo timer isnt conistant, level ball lets you find rowlet and dartrix, and what happens if you prize both spirit links?
 
In addition to @swaginator5000 comments, following are a few more for your consideration:
  • Since Decidueye GX can drop damage counters each turn, the Devolution Spray (intended for de-evolving M Alakazam EX?) seem excessive. I'd suggest replacing all of those cards with more useful cards
  • 22 energy is way too much; I'd suggest reducing the count to 8 P and 4 G
  • Important Supporters needed: Lysandre, N, and Professor Sycamore; Items needed Level Ball, Ultra Ball, and VS Seeker
  • Less important Supporters worth considering: Delinquent, Judge, Pokémon Ranger, and Professor Kukui
