No. Psychic Lock isn't an effect done to that Pokemon (see below).

You can't. Psychic Lock places an effect on the opponent, not a specific Pokemon. There is no existing game mechanic for preventing or removing such effects.
 
Unfortunately not, the lock is on you the opponent not any of your Pokemon. Other than disabling the attack (Sableye CG / Gulpin CG, etc.) you don't have a chance other than knocking it out and not being locked for your next turn.
 
OT: Or you can leave for the toilet for 10 minutes, and come back to see if your opponent remembers that he used Psychic Lock during the last turn :p
 
Is that even legal or is it stalling? A friend of mine stalled in the toilet for 20 minutes and won like that.
 
What I would do is call the judge over and tell him about the situation i.e. "urgent big business or I'll poop in my pants", then ask for a time extension
 
If you must use the rest room you need to ask the judge and then he should give you a time extension. Also remember if they leave without asking it should actually be a game loss.
 
It's not an auto-loss, but someone that leaves the game without permission is not allowed to win on time. If time is called and the game is not over after finishing the last turn, the opponent is declared the winner (even if the absent player has fewer prizes remaining).

In either case, a time extension should be given.
