Yes, I do hate disruption techniques. But this one was just to good to pass up on posting, because I love synergetic combos and abilities more than I hate hand disruptions. (Though I probably wont be using this deck in completion ever, it's just to evil)

Pokemon:

  • 3 Phantump (XY 54)
    2 Gengar-EX (PHF 34)
    3 Lillipup (BCR 120)
    3 Trevenant (XY 55)
    3 Stoutland (BCR 122)
    3 Herdier (BCR 121)
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:

  • 2 Colress (PLS 118)
    1 Teammates (PCL 141)
    3 N (DEX 96)
    1 Lysandre's Trump Card (PHF 118)
    3 Robo Substitute (PHF 102)
    4 Float Stone (PLF 99)
3 Virbank City Gym (PLS 126)
    4 Professor Juniper (PLB 84)
    2 Evosoda (XY 116)
    2 Muscle Band (XY 121)
    2 Ghetsis (PLF 101)
    3 VS Seeker (PHF 109)
    3 Ultra Ball (PLB 90)
    1 Computer Search (BCR 137)
Energy:

  • 4 Double Colorless Energy (XY 130)
    4 Psychic Energy (XY 136)

Strategy:
Start off with Gengar and switch to Trevenant on turn 2, then on turn 3 use Ghetsis to remove all the items that Trevenant stacked in their hand, then dark corridor switch with Stoutland and now all the rest of the cards in their hand (which are probably supporters) are now stuck there. and this then permanently clogs their hand.

I would hate going against this deck, because once the lock is up there is no way of taking it down. For sentinel blocks all supporters (yes that's you, Mr. I love to Lysandre)

I think I might want to add hand scope so I can see if my opponents hand needs a Ghetsis or not, but not sure how to put it in. Hammers might also be a evil idea, though I'm not sure how to add them...

Ah, so THAT's how this would be done! My friends and I had a discussion about something close to this (seismitoad/exeggutor) but this is obviously the best build. I, too, am not a fan of disruption/lock decks (they take the fun out of the game!) but this one is just pure genius and evil. I think a Robo Sub or Teammates could be taken out for a 3rd Ghetsis, but I do not think there is room for hammers...
Either way, awesome deck (though evil)!
