First Yes this is a pure psychic pokemon deck. Yes the main card is flygon ex. How can it be? Easy like most of the cards in this deck is are delta spieces so they are not the type they normally. So here is the deck list

My main strategy is to get flygon to weak on the opponent bench and use mewtwo ex to finish it off fast. Using the castforms as duel rainbow energy while keeping my discard pile free of special energy for the power tree
