STRATEGY
Hopefully get one of your ducks out at the first because it'll be tight and swaggerful. Next step would be setting up your bench by letting Mr collector gather em out for you while your throwin' them dual balls to catch some more basics ( but only set up accordingly, here's an example dog, this fool is trying to play you with them donphans you know what im sayin' right then you just leave Mr Zekrometer in the deck to rest up and let basiculownage take care of the donphans; resh can help out too if you want). So you now have ugly ducking in active spot right? Yea, and bench full of Puff the magic dragons along with Dr. Suess's Red Fish Blue Fish right? Yea ya do or it wont work out as well, You know what im sayin'. 'Ight now give Mightyduck a water and start flippin tails, heads is nice for the snipe but you really want tails while loading your bench with dce's all over the place. Spread them energies out like icing on a cake because if you just put all the icing on one side what are you suppose to do with the other side? Know what im sayin'? Now since Chicken Little is attacking his own teammates (friendly fire Know what im sayin'? lololol) they start getting real angry, Zekrom and Reshiram rage so much they start to emit a plasma bolt and flame wheel that will cause an explosion then dust an debris will fly into the air blocking out the sun and its light thus creating a world in darkness and starvation due to the fact there is no sun for the plants to grow. Spread damage till its enough then let Donald duck tag out with Blue eyes white dragon or Mobydick to take out the opposition. And always remember this haiku:
Duck needs evolite
Dragons and fish need it too
If not then you are screwed
And if you keep flipping heads ummmmm try the other hand or something.
 
I didn't understand the strategy at all because you replaced the name of the Pokemon with other words, but I can tell you this isn't going to work. While meaty would applaud you for using Psyduck, 30 damage is pretty bad. Also, Basculin and Psyduck have low hp and can be OHKOed easily, then your only attack with the dragons that you can use is Outrage, yet you have no way of putting damage counters on them. Eviolite doesn't help Psyduck or Basculin be very bulky and the dragons will be extremely easy to work around if they are doing 20 damage tops. Maybe if you reword the strategy so its understandable I could help.
 
dood excelent deck list, i think you could go far with this- and i like all your nicknames for the pokemon- i think u shold -1 lightning dragon and -1 redeyes dragon for +2 revive to bring back up ur donald ducks --PeAcE!!!
 
Well with this deck you wanna be flipping tails so psyduck can hit 30 on your own bench and I thought it was pretty clear I just nicknamed the pokemon, like all the duck related nicknames are for psyduck, the dragon related names for zek and resh and the fish related names for basculin because he is the only fish.

If that's the case you'd be better off using Donphan and Dragons. Something like:

-4 Psyduck because its extremely fragile and dies instantly
-3 Reshiram since it's only use is weakening Kingdra
-10 Water Energy since you don't have Psyduck
-3 Dual Ball 4 collector is enough
-20

+3-3 Donphan Prime better than Psyduck
+8 Fighting Energy need this for Donphan
+4 Pokemon Communication helps search out donphan
+2 Junk Arm extremely helpful in a deck with a ton of trainers
