PTCGO Friends and Notifications Issue

Both of my icons on the top- friends and notification- are blacked out while it seems like they shouldnt be. Also, in the lower left hand corner it says this message: "Attention: lobbies are having issues. Please see the forums for more info."
1) How can I fix this
2) Where the heck are the forums
 
Your username on there potentially has a space in it..?

If so, you'll have to email support and have it changed. support.pokemon.com

Well, my username to log on is 'ahg3117' but the in game name is 'shiva wrath' which one would you be referring to?
 
Wait, you can change your screen name? I knew you could change your username, but not your screen name.
 
Username, screen name, whogivesaname lol.

Point is, yeah, you can't have a space in the name that shows up when you log in to the PTCGO application. In your case, ahg3117, you'd have to change "shiva wrath" and email support to do that. Don't ask me why on God's green Earth they did this because I honestly don't know (and why you can't change it manually). I had to change mine through the support as well.
