PTCGO: Glitches and Problems

It takes 30 seconds for each card i play to register, chat messages don't show up for about 30 seconds as well, it takes 5 seconds for the game to register that i clicked on something, i lose games for Being Inactive, despite the warning not popping up, and i get disconnected out of now where, for no reason. It's not my internet, i can play any other online game with no lag. How can lag even be an issue? It's a simple card game with next to no animations! I have better connections playing Halo Master Chief Collection. I'm not joking, With how buggy that game is, that's saying ALOT

  1. What are you using (device specs/operating system/connection)?
  2. How often do you play?
  3. How much maintenance do you do on your computer?
Some days are a lot worse than others, but you're describing problems that rarely happen to me. When it does, I log out, manually clear out my browser history and run CCleaner. If that doesn't work, I may need to reset my internet connection. I don't know if both of those have ever failed me; sometimes when its been slow I haven't had all that much time to play anyway so I've simply saved it for later.

The PTCGO definitely has issues and one of those is it is greedy for system resources, or so it seems. Then again its also something you don't have to directly pay for (and only indirectly pay for if you're buying product first hand or virtual product for actual coin); I would hope most actual video/computer games would be better (and if you were intentionally citing one with issues, well some of us don't play Halo. At all.) but what I do know is that yeah, sometimes another program will work fine with the connection but PTCGO won't.
