Ok, I got these Purple sleeves in a trade, and I really wanted some. Someone sent me them, I think its SotH. They're opaque, and really nice. Does anyone know what brand they are or where I could get some? Or if someone could get me some, that'd be really nice. I want some by States to use for my deck if possible.

Those are Dragon Shields. I have some exactly like them. They are the best sleeves IMO, They last like a whole 1-2 years of play.
EDIT: There is a site somewhere, I forget the name, but I think it's something to do with ninja:p
They have those in every color that you can get them in. I will try to find it and give you a link.

Just scroll down a bit, they come in boxes of 100 that cost $7.49.
 
Where's the cheapest place you can get them? I really want them most if they have low shipping.
 
Yeah, but their shipping is through the roof, like 9 dollars.
 
IDK, Maybe there is somewhere near you that has them, I found the ones that I have in a Fail little store in a strip mall. You could check around in your area for stores like that, they might sell them, also I found someone that was selling them at a vendor at Regionals.

If you can get them anywhere near you, please let me know. I'm incredibly interested in lots of different colors, mostly purple.
 
They look really reflective. Are you sure they're tourney legal? And I am going to a Gamer's shop soon so I'll check if they have them.
 
Lol that happens to me all the time. Someone sends me some type of sleeves in a trade that I'm interested in, but don't know the brand name.

Anyways, are you SURE those are Dragon Shields? I have a set of sleeves that use for my deck that look exactly like that but they are not Dragon Shields. They're called "Super Black" sleeves. If you go on ebay, just type in "Super "Insert color" (In this case, Purple)" sleeves and they should pop up. They sell those sleeves at my game store in every color. Black, blue, white, green, purple, red, orange, etc. But I won't be going there anytime soon. But yea, try going to Ebay and typing in "Super Purple sleeves" and see what pops up. I'm pretty sure they're the same ones. And they're pretty cheap.

Awesome, no problem bud.

They're pretty durable. I've been using mine for a good... 1 1/2 years. Without any rips or tears. So you'll be getting your moneys worth.
 
I got the exact same sleeves, Purple Dragon Shields, and I wasn't allowed to use them at Nationals because they were too shiny or something. This may be because they were brand new back then and maybe this is a new improved version, but I advise you to ask a judge before you make the same mistake as I did and have to spend >9000$ on new sleeves at Nats.
EDIT: Like Mudkip already said, these still look pretty reflective to me. I don't think you're allowed to use them.
 
The ones I suggested are not reflective at all. A bunch of people at my tourneys use them.

So there you go. Purple. Cheap. And Tourney Legal.
 
Dragon Shields are Legal, at least in my area they are. IMO, the Super sleeves aren't as Durable as Dragon shields, but they are cheaper. I doubt that they would last as long.
 
Like I said, I've had mine for 1 1/2 years, and they are still in very good condition. You assume they won't last long, when I KNOW they will, seeing as all 4 of my sets are still in tact and not ripped, nor torn.
 
I didn't say that they won't last very long, they are great sleeves with a great price:p
I was just saying that Dragon Shields would last longer.
 
Those are Japaneses sleeves probably Supers, players choice, or KMC. In my opinion they are the best sleeves you can buy for pokemon, Dragon Shields are miss cut a lot of the time and they can bend your cards :(.
