Ruling Qns about holon energy GL

i have a qns on holon gl as u attach a lightning energy to ur pokemon (which already has holon gl attached to it) they will receive 10 less damage from ex right ok the qns is does the damage received is before applying weakness and resistance or after applying weakness and resistance? Any answers?

No. Holon GL only reduces damage when paired with a BASIC lighting energy.
