I think the title pretty much sums it up, but i've also added in another layer of disruption: Miltoic PRC. Milotic will get you your torture devices like Crushing Hammer back from the discard to be used again. Oh, and with Devolution Spray, you can get nine Crushing Hammer flips. Nine. An added bonus is Wishiwashi's attack discards a special energy on their active so yeah. Please don't sue me when your friends leave you for playing this deck (Disclaimer: Do not sue GekkisaiDaiNi. Why not just use Herdier? With one retreat cost it's less likely to get stuck in the active

I actually originally was using Herdier, but Milotic seemed to be the better choice because I can get anything from the discard and not just items.
